What happens on the call
We talk about three things: your customers, the jobs you want more of, and what the website must do to bring them in. That's usually enough for us to scope the work and put a number on it.
You'll speak with Andrew, who directs every project. Bring a rough idea of what you want and a link to your current site if you have one. There's nothing to prepare beyond that.

- A fixed quote in writing within two days
- Straight advice, even if that advice is to keep what you have
