A website is like a ute: it runs fine until nobody's looked at it for a year. Hosting and support is the service that keeps looking. Your site lives on a fast Australian server, is backed up every day and watched around the clock, and when you need a change, you send an email and it's done.
It's for any business that would rather not think about servers, certificates and backups. It's optional: every website we build comes with 7 days of free care first, so you can decide with the site already live. And because you own every file, you can leave at any time.

What's not included
New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately as small fixed jobs. Email hosting is not included, though we'll help you set up a proper business email. We don't host sites built on page builders, because we can't keep them fast or secure.

Common questions about hosting and support
Do I have to host with you?
No. You own every file, and you can take the site to any host you like. Every build includes 7 days of free care after launch (larger builds; not the $1,000 site), so you can see how it works before deciding. Most clients stay because it's simple: one phone number, one monthly fee.
What counts as a change?
Small things: updating prices, swapping a photo, adding a team member, changing your hours. Send an email and it's usually done within two business days. New pages or features are quoted separately, and we'll tell you before we start if something falls outside the allowance.
What happens if I cancel?
You give us a month's notice, we hand you a full copy of the site and its backups, and help you point the domain wherever it's going next. No exit fee, no argument, no lock-in. It's your site.
